Excellent Service

I want to thank and compliment both VW Assist and Outsurance for their excellent service this morning. My car battery failed and between the two I was up and running again within an hour. Both call centers are efficient, polite and followed up with me to ensure that I was safe and that I had been assisted. <br> Well done and thank you both!<br> Robyn
