Excellent Service

On Sunday 14 June 2015 at 8:30 I phoned Outsurance regarding a problem with my geyser. Mothusi took my call and at 8:35 I received a sms to say my request is being processed and reference no. At 8:38 I received a sms informing me that Bienare Services South Coast has been allocated to assist with my emergency and will be on the scene in 44 minutes. Mike from Bienare Services arrived well in time and sorted my problem within an hour. Mothusi called me 3 times during the cause of the day to follow up and check if all was in order. I have been a long standing policy holder with Outsurance and had many of claims and dealing with them over the years and always had this brilliant service from them. Even all their service providers are excellent. Thank you Outsurance, Mothusi for caring and Mike from Bienare for fantastic service delivery.
