Excellent service

Since I have joined Outsurance many, many years ago, I have only had excellent service. Consultant who helped last week Debbie Mahiyane -I only called to ask if they know a reliable plumber in my area and then they tell me they pay the call out fee and 1st hour labour. I pay the parts. What a lovely surprise - XMAS in June. Plumber was on my premises (RHeeder in Ruimsig) within 45 minutes. Did not try and cheat and replace unneccessary parts only fixed problem.
