<p>Good day Outsurance,</p> <p> </p> <p>I would just like to take the time to review the service i received over the last week from your claims and legal department. I was involved in a car accident last week friday. The service i received when logging my claim was unbeleivable. Fast, efficient and hassle free.</p> <p> </p> <p>In particular i would like to give a massive shout out to the claims advisor who assisted me on Friday, Lilian Matlala. The accident happened at around 1 pm. I think my claim was logged and sorted out in less that 30 minutes. I wasn't even at the police station yet to report the accident. Unbelievable work Lilian!! She went out of her way to assist me. I was expecting a long drawn out call with lots of questions about verification of policies and procedures. I think it was a simple 5 to 10 minute call and everthing was good to go. </p> <p> </p> <p>Also to Goodman Mcephe from your legal department. I received a call from him on Monday to explain the procedure should the other party involved query the claim, I was treated with the upmost respect and was also assured of the process to follow, as i've never been involved in a claim like this. Keep up the good work Goodman.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was thinking of looking at something more cost effective before the accident, but, after this experience, you've got a loyal customer for life.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you to the two of you for making the process so easy and hassle free.
