EXCELLENT SERVICE

<p>On the 5th March 2017 approximately 10H30, my daughter Kirsty Naidoo was involved in an accident In Germiston. A passing by driver assisted her by calling Outsurance for a tow vehicle, which was sent out immediately to the accident site. &nbsp;A claim was logged on Monday 6th March 2017, to Ronald, feedback was given on Monday 6th March 2017, with claim number. &nbsp;I never expected that Outsurance will attend to my claim so fast and efficient. &nbsp;I was introduced to Lindie Buckle on Wednesday 8th March 2017. &nbsp; I must say she is excellent person to work with. I was given regular updates and even when Lindie spoekn to my daughter, taking into consideration that she just met with an accident she was not pressured , she spoke to my child with utmost care. &nbsp;Really appreciate that kind of assistance, we as parents live down in Durban and child in Johannesburg. &nbsp;We were told by many people that we are going to have problems with Outsurance &nbsp;settlements, Outsurance prove those people wrong. &nbsp;Today being 14th March 2017, I was informed by Lindie Buckle, that are claim has been authorised. &nbsp;I was told what amount will be settled to the bank and amount given to us. &nbsp; &nbsp;I never had any claim settled within 7 days. &nbsp;Hats off to &nbsp;Ronald and Lindie. &nbsp;I will continue to support Outsurance and will introduce friends and family to Outsurance. &nbsp;I would like to take this opportunity to Thank Ronald and Lindie for their excellent service. &nbsp;Well done, keep up the good work. &nbsp;</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Once again, a BIG Thank you to OUTSURANCE and Ronald and Lindie.</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p>D.
