Excellent service!!

<p>I called Outsurance to update my policy - where I have both household & car cover with them for many years. Nathan De Witt, my consultant today, was efficient, patient & provided excellent service whilst being quite witty! He also provided additional info not necessary to his scope of work, about a decision regarding a future car purchase - that was really thoughtful!! The conversation was effortless & after a long day - very pleasant to have. It's great to see when people have passion for their jobs & that imparts postivity in your day & confidence in the company! Well done Outsurance & Excellently done to Nathan! Hope you get your well deserved breakfast ;) </p>
