Excellent service

<p>I was recently in a motor accident were it was not my fault, on reporting the claim to Outsurance they informed me that i still had to pay an excess fee and that they will try and recover it back from the other party. I was contacted by Jonathan Gordon from the legal department and he assured me that he will try his best to recover my excess. I was over the moon when Jonathan contacted me again a month later to say that he was able to recover all of my excess and that same day the money was paid back into my account. That is awesome service from Jonathan and Outsurance. Thanks for everything.</p>
