Excellent service

<p>Earlier this year I was involved in a motor vehicle accident.</p> <p>I reported the accident to my Insurance company and they handled the claim in a very professional way and my car was repaired in no time.</p> <p>The only thing that was still outstanding was the claim on the access I had to pay seeing that the cause of the accident was not my fault.</p> <p>I was contacted by Angelique Brown from the Legal department at Outsurance who handled the matter.</p> <p>I completely forgot about the issue and on 07/12/2016 she contacted me to inform me that the claim was successful and the access money was transferred into my bank account.</p> <p>I was quite surprised.</p> <p>A ‘‘GREAT THANK YOU” to Angelique for her excellent service, going the extra mile to keep her clients happy and the way she handled the matter in a professional way.</p> <p>Regards</p> <p>Marius </p>
