Excellent service

<p>Today I received an e-mail notifying me that Outsurance will pay my excess back for an accident that happened in 2011, they recovered all the money. I never expected this, and if they didn't contact me I wouldn't have even bothered to follow up after so many years since the accident. Family suggested I change my insurance to another company and I considered it, but really with service like this, I will never change!</p>
