Excellent Service

<p>I submitted a claim to Outsurance after totaling my car last Friday evening. Lillian Matlala was my claim coordinator and Henry Nell was appointed as the claims assesor on the claim.</p> <p>Henry met with me on the Tuesday following the accident and very professionaly went through all the details WRT before the accident, how the accident happened and details after the accident.</p> <p>After following all due processes and cross checking all the facts Henry called me on Thursday to let me know that the claim had been concluded. The vehicle was deemed a rite off and Outsurance would settle the claim.</p> <p>I must commend Henry and Lillian for conducting the entire process of the claim in a very proffesional, thorough and efficient manner. Well done and great service from Outsurance </p>
