Excellent Service

<p>I contacted Outsurance on Tuesday as my TV was not working at all. I got in touch with your call center and whilst I was on the phone, I recieved a confirmation that the claim had been lodged. Within half an hour a TV repair center was in contact to let me know their driver would be collecting my TV in one hour. They arrived soon after that, took the TV, assessed it and within 2 hours I was given the go ahead to claim. I then received a call to say they will be replacing my TV. All within less than 24 hours!!! THANK YOU for your excellent service which has always been consistent throughout the 10 years plus I have been with you.</p>
