Excellent service

<p>Kudus to OUTsurance, we had a burst underground pipe which resulted in one of our carpets in the house sopping wet and no water!! Lodged the claim, within an hour, service providers arrived, and the next day plumbers sorted it out, carpets assessed and work sheduled, I think we have only previously claimed on our household insurance once in 15 years and are very impressed by the speed and efficiency of the OUTsurance team. Well done</p>
