Excellent service

<p>My cellular phone fell into water and stopped working on 5th October 2016. I reported the matter to my insurance on Friday. The cellular phone has become so improtant to our lives that i failed to function over the weekend. I couldn't get hold of my claim advisor. My call was diverted to Shireen Botha, who assisted me. I must commend her people s****s as being exceptional, because despite my frustration she remained proffessional and understood my problem and escalated it immediately. I am not only happy because the claim was approved, but the way she handled the query was exceptional. Outsurance has excellent customer care service and that's why i have been covered by them continuosly for the past 7 years. </p>
