Excellent Service !!

<p>My vehicle is insured with Outsurance, I called with regards to a claim. I had another vehicle rear end me.</p> <p>Not knowing how to proceed exactly and feeling a bit shaken up after this I called and got through to Mrs L Swart at Outsurance Claims department. She was calm and proffessional, went through everything carefully with me, explained and even suggested that I have a check up with the doctor. My claim number was sent through to me on my cell phone before I even completed my call. This is wonderful service, I felt re-assured that she would get everything sorted, she even gave me option of panel beaters in the area.</p> <p>Thanks Mrs Swart and Outsurance !!</p> <p>My car was taken to be accessed for the damage and once again they were great, very proffessional and thorough. The Outsurance Assessor was Suren Bunsee. Thanks for your help.</p> <p>I would definitely recommend Outsurance! </p>
