Excellent response time and great service overall

Firstly i would like to compliment Palesa Sibiya for a great attitude even after failing to beat my current insurance qoute and also still sticking to her story that Outsurance she believes Outsurance still provides better quality service. As if PALESA's great call centre efficiency was not enough Gaenor Fortein called me 5 minutes after i uploaded my claim and confirmed my R400 payment had also been loaded for release on the 20/07/15. Just because of those two i can confirm that even though outsurance couldnt beat my qoute, i am going to move my insurance to them from the 1st August 2015 as i would rather pay more for better, quick and efficient service.
