Excellent recovery time

<p>I was recently involved in a car accident, where someone rode into me. Although I was informed that I have to pay the excess, the friendly and helpful Outsurance agent, Jeni Malan, assured me that she will do all that she can to recover my excess, from the other party. She did warn me that this usually takes some time. However, after only three weeks of waiting, my excess was fully recovered! I wish to thank Jeni for her outstanding work and the s**** shown in this case, to get my money back asap. Well done! </p>
