Excellent Reaction Time, Follow Up and Resolution

After encountering a household plumbing problem I spoke to Godfrey Molefe at Help@OUT and within minutes had an SMS notifying me of the name and the ETA of the plumber he had dispatched. Unfortunately the plumber didn't come well prepared and was unable to complete the task to my satisfaction. I phoned Godfrey to explain my displeasure and within one hour a different plumber had been dispatched who fixed the problem within 35 minutes. <br> I then received a follow-up call from Godfrey the next morning to check if I was happy with the job.<br> The service was accommodating, professional and very fast.<br> Thanks Godfrey Molefe - you're a star!
