Excellent & Professional Service

Most times we are very quick to report /complain about service. But today I had the best service ever.<br> My son used my car to Sand ton Mall and mistakenly lock the keys in the vehicle. I contacted Outsurance call Centre. My call was answered within a minute, by Nontembeko. She was most friendly and handled my plea with urgency and very professional. She contacted my son. Made all the arrangement's with my son and the locksmith. Within 45 min my son was back on the road. Whilst this was going on, Nontembeko kept me updated. She is an excellent Ambassador for Out insurance. Thank you, appreciate the excellent service
