excellent problem solver - Anton Stumke - give that man a bells!!!

<p>i called outsurance to get a quote for my boyfriends insurance - after the excellent service recieved from Jiten Mulchand - i wanted to update my details as my job changed as well as marital status - i then spoke to a consultant named KEO - who was aweful and increased my premium by over R300 and when asked why he informed me it was my divorce. i then said i will get another quote as i was unhappy being a loyal client for 10 years. i got a quote and called to cancel my insurance and then was lucky enough to get through to Anton Stumke - who was shocked at the previous consultants advice and promised to sort it out for me, and called me back - which i did not believe was going to happen. i was pleasently surprised at how way above call of duty he went to sort this out for me and even more surprised when my premium decreased! the empathy, professionalim and all round excellent service was not what i expected and i would love to express how grateful and thankful i am for having been able to speak to him</p>
