What excellent service from Outsurance Legal dept for handling the claim for my accident. Thank you to Michelle Cronje for her professional and Outstanding service. Her feedback in keeping me informed on the claim timeously is greatly appreciated. Not having to pay an excess is not what I was expecting. Can't be more chuffed.
