Excellent Feedback and Professional Service

All parents dread the day the call comes from their child after a road accident. I received that very call. Remarkably my daughter and the driver of the other vehicle were unharmed. A quick trip in the ambulance to hospital and she checked out fine, all be it for several bruises. Next to deal with the written off vehicle.... I wish to thank Conraad Jonas and Donny van Wyk for their professionalism. I registered the claim with Donny who assisted me through the motions allowing me to remain calm and reassured me on each aspect. Conraad then took over the underwriting and assessment. He constantly gave me feedback was always available either telephonically or via email. His call to my very nervous and stressed out daughter was both professional and kind. The whole process, whilst a claim of this nature is beyond daunting was to say the least extremely well administered.
