Excellent experience

Excellent experience. The call centre official was very professional. In 25 minutes after I received the sms that a plumber was on its way, the plumber arrived. What I really appreciated was the follow-up calls that I received while the plumber was busy replacing the geyser. It was like receiving a call from someone who is concerned of your wellbeing. I also want to compliment the choice of plumbing company. The service was very proffesional and job well done.
