Excellent Customer service (Tiffany Oates)

<p>I had the honour to speak to Tiffany Oates for a comparison quotation for car insurance.</p> <p>With under a minute after sending the sms for a call back I recieved a call from Tiffany. She was very polite and professinal in the manner she spoke to me. </p> <p>I personally enjoyed the conversation we had and did not felt forced to accept any insurnace at all. She has great personality and I could sence she is an experienced consultant and did not doubt her capabilties not even for second.</p> <p>I just can hope outsurnace has more people like her if not she is a perfect example of what customer service is all about. </p> <p> </p> <p>WELL DONE, TIFFANY !!!!!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
