Excellent customer service from Jay Ngcobo

I was helped by an extremely helpful employee of Outsurance today. I normally hate these long conversations but he made it pleasant with his warm attitude. He even made a few jokes. He waived the initial joining fee for me when I told him I am needing to cut down on costs due to a job change. Thank you, Jay Ngcobo!
