I identified a few items on my policy that needed to be rectified (e.g. spelling errors). I requested a change from my profile, and not more than 5 minutes later I received a call from Brian Mitchel. Brian efficiently and competently handled my queries and was also able to assist me in some additional items that I needed on my policy.
