Excellent customer service

<p>Everyone knows Indians are not the easiest of clients to deal with....but this polite and funny gentleman by the name of Musa Nhlabathi, provided me with best service ever. Mind you I spoke to him late evening today, after having spoken to at least 4 other consultants from other insurance companies. Where they seemed annoyed to answer my many questions or didnt take the time to explain the cover in depth, Musa was polite and actually listened to my needs and questions without interrupting and then patiently and simply explained the Hows and Whys.... I also worked customer services and I know how tired and fraustrating it can be....Musa was a breath of fresh morning air after a day of dealing with some very rude consultants. He went out of his way to ensure I understood everything and answered every question I had without hesitation....MUSA NHLABATHI from Outsurance....keep up your excellent service. It was such a pleasure speaking to you and I look forward to doing new business with you in the near future. </p>
