Excellent customer service

A compliment way overdue.<br> I called into the Outsurance call centre a few years ago and received great customer service from the agent: Natasha (sadly did not get her surname), who went out of her way to assist and decrease my premiums saving me a few hundreds.<br> <br> I must apologise for the delay in posting this compliment, as mentioned it is way overdue.
