Dear OutSurance<br> <br> On 27 October I submitted on-line my details for a quotation on vehicle insurance. Within 1 min I received a call from Jeanne de Jongh that assisted me with the quotation. Her great attitude and professionalism really made a tedious process feel light-hearted. The quotation received was very affordable and within my budget. I did unfortunately accept a quotation from another insurer, based on the product they gave me, as it suited my needs for the specific circumstances.
