Customer Service Agent Sunshine Zikhali assisted me and what a ray of sunshine he is! Well spoken, good mannered, fast and efficient and delivered excellent service. Updated my existing policy and added a new item "sommer baie vinnig". Well done to Outsurence for having such a great agent.
