Excellent customer service

I called OUTsurance to see if they could beat my current insurer. Rivage Maharaj was the consultant who assisted me, I must say I was very impressed with his commitment in providing me with excellent service. On three occasions, I could not take his call due to other commitments, he continued to arrange a more suitable time to speak to me. Thank you for all your effort!

I would like to suggest OUTsurance spends less time on assessing your vehicle/ profile telepathically etc as you end up spending 45 minutes on the phone to get a quote.
