Excellent customer service

<p>I recently had a motorvehicle breakdown and requested road side assistance with Outsurance (I am one of their clients). I was assisted by Faaghir Hendricks who was extremely helpful and effecient from my first call to keeping me updated wrt tow truck ETA and even following up to ensure I had been assisted and all was safe/sound.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Faaghir for your outstanding customer service. Overall, very happy with Outsurance; this is the first time i've needed roadside assistance and it was a pleasure dealing with them, one call from me and they processed all the admin on their side; being without a driveable car is stressful enough so it was a pleasure knowing that everything was taken care of ito getting my car to a place of repair ASAP.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you Faaghir and Ousurance!
