Excellent customer service

<p>I covered my vehicle with outsurance today and i was serviced by a lady by the name of <br />Itumeleng Mokgatlenyane. What a pleasant call it was. It was like talking to an old friend advicing me abt the insurance benfits. She was of so much help . She was so clued up about the cover. she really knows whta customer service and satisfaction is. </p>
