Excellent Customer Experience

I have been dealing with Outsurance lately for my new vehicle. One thing i can say is that im happy with the way they do things. Tshepiso Lefakane is the person that handled the whole process. She is very professional and very enthusiastic about her job and eager to help the customer. She handles the call with a smile. The only reason why i decided to use Outsurance is because of the customer care experience Tshepiso Lefakane has given me.
