Excellent Customer Care IS still possible!!!

I wish to commend Nadia Glenister at Outsurance for the powerful and professional manner in which she conducted and managed the telephone conversation with me regarding a possible switch from my current service provider to Outsurance. She is the a true champion for her company in being knowledgeable and persuasive in managing expectation of her customer.
