16 May 2025, 11:19Dear Outsurance Team,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with a recent call I received from your life cover sales team, specifically from the number +***0.
During the call, I clearly stated that I was not interested and did not have the time for a quote. Despite this, the agent continued to push the conversation and repeatedly used highly negative scenarios—such as asking five times what would happen if I got into a car accident or became paralyzed.
I understand that these are part of your sales talking points, but there is a respectful and responsible way to approach such sensitive topics. To aggressively repeat traumatic scenarios after I’ve declined is not only upsetting, it’s completely inappropriate.
Your agent’s approach left me feeling angry and disrespected. I expect better from a company of your reputation. I hope you take this feedback seriously and ensure your sales practices are reviewed to better respect potential customers' boundaries and emotional well-being.
