Excellent client service

I started insuring my car with outsurance recently. Service has been excellent. Whenever I have a problem or inquiry I email the sales consultant who helped me on day 1 (Tania Olivier - if anyone from Outsurance reads this, please give her a raise!), and she always comes back to me very (VERY) quickly, and if she can't help me with my problem, she puts me through to the right department right away. Friendly and patient service from everyone I've spoken to so far, and they don't mind explaining all the things that I don't understand. 100% would recommend.
