Excellent client service

I had heard about Outsurance through friends and family, so I decided to log on via their Website..<br> Wow I immediately received a response advising me that a Client liaison officer will be contacting me shortly...<br> <br> To my surprise, I received a call within half an hour, I had received quotes from other suppliers, were rather exhorbitant! nowhere within budget<br> <br> Pearl immediately reassured me that Outsurance would beat my current premium, as the call proceeded, I felt more at ease, as Pearl made me feel that I was not just a number, she is very professional, understanding, excellent product knowledge, and most helpful, what appealed to me the most was that she went over and above her call of duty very impressive!!
