Excellent Client Care Service

Our family have been with Outsurance for more than ten years and every interaction with them has been a pleasure. They are professional, they definitely go the extra mile (or three) and whether it's upgrades, policy changes, claims, their attitude is always helpful and friendly. Today I had the pleasure of dealing with customer care agent Prinelle Singh (a small check-up on my policy before traveling). During the conversation, Ms Singh enquired if my husband's items were also covered, as we would be traveling together. I asked Ms Singh if I could hand the phone to my husband and if she could 'quickly' attend to both our policies, which she did. Not only were we assisted with our original requirement, Ms Singh took the time to explain a better option to us, which we accepted gladly. Thank you Outsurance for consistency and professionalism.
