Excellent Claims Processing

My car got broken into at a shopping mall recently and goods were ****** from my vehicle. I have an Out and About Insurance policy with Outsurance and I phoned the next day to start my claim process. My consultant, Brett, was very professional, polite, helpful and efficient. The whole process was painless, drama less and hassle free, and within 48 hours my claim was paid out in cash into my bank account. I am very satisfied with the customer service from Outsurance, and it seems to be consistent in nature, as this is not the first time I have had to claim from my Outsurance Policy, and the previous experience was also excellent. Can highly recommend them as insurers.
