Excellent Claim Resolution

<p>Outsurance were quick to get my claim started, they arranged my rental and kept me updated throughout the process. I never had to phone for an update once. Then, they contacted me to recover my excess (something which I never knew was possible) and proceeded to complete that process with almost no intervention from myself. I have been paid my excess back and my vehicle is repaired. I doubt that I have spent more than half an hour of my personal time to get everything done.</p>
