Excellent claim handling

<p>Following the unpleasantness of a break-in it was a wonderful relief dealing with Gerard Jordaan of Outsurance. I had originally registered my claim online, to which Gerard responded within the hour. The entire claim was approved and settled over the telephone 4 hours later!! Gerard's efficiency and considerate approach to my case were absolutely amazing. Nowadays it is not often that we can experience such a smooth and professional response. Praise well deserved! </p>
