Excellent claim experience

I would like to thank OUTsurance for their excellent service with our claim.

We had a big storm/ tornado last year October 2017 that caused massive complications to our Lodge. All roofs were damaged. This caused lots of damage to the inside off our Buildings.

OUTsurance send out a very reliable contractor Grobcon and OUTsurance project manager Nicky Bohmer. Nicky and Wessel immediately took charge of the situation and assured me that I was in good hands. From the 1st day Grobcon started with the project they always went out of their way to keep me calm and walk the extra mile.

My biggest stress was the upcoming wedding we had in November that was to appear on a TV Show. This was almost an impossible request, but Grobcon’s team led by Dawie Boersma finished the roof of the wedding venue in time for the TV wedding to go on as planned, what a relief that was. It seemed that nothing was impossible for this team of friendly workers. After this, they went on with the rest and did an exceptional job to replace and rebuild all affected buildings.

Nicky and Wessel did continues Site visits and Grobcon’s office (Mariana Grobbelaar) called me on a regular basis to make sure everything was running smoothly and to accommodate any requests from my side. This continual interaction was mind-blowing.

I would recommend this combination (Grobcon & OUTtsurance , Nicky Bohmer) to anybody.

Even though I only send this compliment, I would rather send it late than never, they really went out of their way to turn my bad experience into a good experience.
