Excellent/ Awesome Service

I called in a faulty geyser this morning. This was for my mother in the Western Cape while I am in JHB which makes me all the more thankful for the great service we received. <br> My claim was handled by Avril Hoskins a very friendly and efficient lady. Within a a few minutes she booked a supplier to go out to the house and sent us the details. She made sure that both my mom and I were kept up to date with the status at all times, following up and ensuring that the service from the supplier was excellent. Within a few hours the problem was solved (taking into account that the supplier had to drive out from Cape Town). <br> Seeing as it is winter having a geyser issue resolved so quickly and with minimal effort from my side made me extremely glad that I my home insurance is with Outsurance.
