Excellent/Awesome

<p>Just to say that I had a claim on an excess that I paid on the 15th August.</p> <p>The lady that was dealing with this, is Poobashni Cornelius and she has given me excellent servvice by sms me regular and also call me at times to give me an update. Then this morning she called to say that my refund will be paid into my Bank by tomorrow - only about 1 month after my claim.</p>
