Excellent assistance for overflowing toilet.

<p>Saturday nigh at approximately 21:00 my toilet valve became faulty and the toilet would not stop running,I called outsurance as they do my house insurance and spoke to Thato she said their agent Leak Tech would assist within 45 minutes.Every 10-15 minutes Thato phoned to check to see if they have arrived and followed up until they did and also made sure the job was done to our statisfaction.</p> <p>Once they did arrive they informed me they did not have the part available but sealed off the inlet temporary so that we could use the mains.</p> <p>Yesterday I received a call from Leak Tech they gave me a quote and once I accepted it was within an hour or two the part was replaced.Toilet is now working 100%.The service from both parties was excellent .</p>
