Excellent Assessor from Outsurance

I had a recent claim after an accident. They appointed Anel Struwig as the assessor. Anel was very considerate of the emotional impact of the accident. On time for the interview and explaining every step of the process and why. Never felt intimidated or that she doesn't have our best interest at heart.
