Excellent and Speedy Service

Driving on the N1 South on almost a daily basis, I became one of its accident victims on Friday morning at 8h05. I was quite shaken up and phoned OUTsurance from the scene. I spoke to a friendly lady called Adele du Toit. She assisted me and quickly loaded the claim and arranged for the vehicle to be towed and assessed and also arranged a rental vehicle for me. The tow operator Patrick from Diverse towing was also extremely helpful and took me home after the accident, even though it was far out of his way. I was back home at 10h15 and at 11h00 my rental vehicle was delivered at home. Tears Mokgokolo phoned me this afternoon to give me an update on the assessment report and phoned me again at 1**** to inform me that the claim has been authorized. This is what I call Excellent and Speedy Service: An accident on Friday and on Monday the claim is authorized! Thank you very much!!
