Excellent and professional service

I have been with Outsurance for more than 15 years. We traveled on R21 yesterday, when a stone hit our windscreen. I contacted Outsurance and spoke with Zandile Mekwa, who assisted me with such professionalism. Even tho I did not have my own cell phone with me, she sent approval via my son's cell phone immediately so we could go to PG glass to make sure to stop the chip from becoming bigger.
