Excellent and efficient service received

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Fuzzy Petersen of OUTSURANCE and OUTSURANCE for the speedy manner with which my claim was handled. We had a break-in at my place on Friday, 19 June 2015. At the time of the break-in our three kids were by themselves in the house. The burglars confiscated various items in the house, while the kids were hiding in the wardrobe/closet to evade the wrath of the ******s. I reported the claim to OUTSURANCE on Monday 22 June 2015. On the same day they provided me with the claim number, and requested me to provide them with proof of ownership for the ****** items within 48 hours. I managed to give the requested information to OUTSURANCE by the end of the following day (Tuesday, 23 June 2015). The following day, Wednesday 24 June 2015, Fuzzy Petersen called to confirm that my claim was approved. All within 48 hours of registering the claim!!! I am very happy for having OUTSURANCE as the short term insurer for house-holds goods.
