Excellent 99% of the time

I have yet to have a bad experience with Outsurance. Quick, no fussing, pay up, get it sorted out with excellent feedback each step of the way whether car or household insurance. Except kwikot geysers. Kwikot are not great with their products guarantees! I would have appreciated a warning from Outsurance that Kwikot has a ***** 5 year guarantee - but the problem is that if you replace the geyser, then that geyser does not 'reset' but only the initial 5 years guarantee. This is a Kwikot issue and not an Outsurance issue. But Outsurance should NOT recommend that geysers be replaced with Kwikot inho due to this.
